The maisonette apartment in a country-house style spans over two floors (first and second floor). From the kitchen with a dining section and great windows you have a gorgeous view of the countryside.
From the spacious and cozy open living space with satellite TV on the second floor you arrive at two separate bedrooms. The beds are of size 1,80m x 2m, 1m x 2,20m and 1m x 2m. You can relax yourself in our exclusive bathroom with a shower, sink, toilett and bathtub. The roof window floods the space with light and friendly atmosphere. The apartment is also equipped with a safe.
We can provide you with an additional crib, if necessary.

Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with:
baking oven, ceramic glass cooktop, exhaust duct, food steamer, dishwasher, refrigerator with icebox, cook pots, pans and kitchen tools, platters, table dishes and cups, glasses, cutlery, dishtowels, dish detergent, waste separation, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, mixer, radio, phone.
Arrival / departure
On the day of the arrival is the apartment ready from 4 pm with fresh sheets. On the day of your departure we would kindly like to ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am the latest.
A later departure is possible based on agreement – depending on the occupancy.
Deposit / balance
100 % deposit is a part of the booking. We happily pass you the bank details through e-mail.
Damage deposit:
Our guests pay a security deposit of 100 € - cash on arrival.
Cancellations
Please be aware that in case of cancellation, modifications or no-show, we will bill you the full amount.
We try to do our best to make you feel comfortable. Should you need anything or if something is bothering you talk to us, we will take care of it.
